OPEN CLASS EXHIBITORS

Entry Fees:

$12.00 per entry – Beef, Dairy and Horse (pay online).

No fee for any other classes.


Gate Admission:

1-2 animals entered = 1 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes

3-4 animals entered = 2 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes

5-7 animals entered = 3 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes

8-10 animals entered = 4 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes

11-15 animals entered = 5 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes




4H & FFA EXHIBITORS

Entry Fees:

$ 5.00 per animal – Beef and Dairy (pay online).

$15.00 per animal – Horse (pay online).

No fee for any other classes.


Please Note:

4H & FFA Exhibitors entering 5 or more Dairy or Beef animals will need to email nwwfentries@gmail.com to request an appointment make their entry. This is required in order to bypass the calculation done online and only be charged for entering 4 animals ($20 for 4H Dairy / $20 for 4H Beef). We will respond to your email request within 24 hours and take your credit card payment (Visa / MasterCard) at that time.


Gate Admission:

Any quantity of Beef, Dairy and Horse entered = 1 complimentary Season Gate Admission Wristband

All other 4H & FFA exhibitors are entitled to purchase a Season Gate Admission Wristband for $15.00.

All 4H and FFA Youth Helpers are able to purchase a Season Gate Admission Wristband for $15.00.

Parents of 4H & FFA students are able to purchase a Season Exhibitor Pass at the discounted rate of $27.00.

Above purchases will be made at the fair office by the 4H Leader and/or FFA Advisor when they turn in their club lists. The above fair passes cannot be paid online at time of registration.

4H Leaders and FFA Advisors are requested to identify those members on their club list that have entered Dairy, Beef or Horse with an * beside the exhibitors name.


All entries for Open, 4H and FFA will be made using the same ShoWorks entry link.


All entries must be registered online.

If you don’t have access to a computer, the library is an option or the Fair Office has a computer available during business hours.


All entries requiring payment must pay online or at time of entry appointment if entering 5 or more 4H Dairy or 4H Beef.

Exhibits can be entered on-line by July 25th. Late entries will be charged a fee of $25.00 per head through July 31st. After July 31st late entries may not be accepted.

Vet Checks will be on Sunday from 5 - 8 p.m. and Monday 7 - 9 a.m.

DIVISION K - LIVESTOCK JUDGING

  • If you are coming from out-of-county schools, you are given one free day pass ONLY and you must wear FFA outfits.
  • If you are not a registered exhibitor, you MUST give the advisor in charge your name and the school you attend in order to participate in any of the FFA activities.

WESTERN STATES ANGUS AUXILIARY TROPHY

The Western States Angus Auxiliary, 13016 Reiner Rd., Monroe, WA 98272, will award a silver trophy to the outstanding FFA Angus exhibitor. The selection of the winner is to be based on show ring placing of individual animals, placing in showmanship and in cooperation with Fair Management. This is open to exhibitors with one more breeding and/or market animals. It must be kept in mind that the purpose of this award is the promotion of the Angus breed. The winning of the Auxiliary trophy in previous years shall not exclude an exhibitor from winning it again. The judge of the Junior Best Show will be asked to make the selection of the winner.

WASHINGTON STATE LIMOUSIN ASSOCIATION

Dennis Andrews Memorial Steer Award

These awards are available to 4H, FFA, and youth division entries at designated shows. Savings bonds of $100 will be awarded to the exhibitor of a Limousin-influenced on-hoof Grand Champion Steer and/or Grand Champion Carcass Steer of 4H, FFA, and youth divisions. The Steer must be of 50% or greater Limousin breeding and exhibit Limousin characteristics. If an exhibitor wins the grand championship, they must contact a WSLA officer listed below for an information packet. This packet must be completed by the exhibitor and mailed back within 45 days of show.
