All entries must be registered online. This will be required for all exhibits and exhibitors that are entered into the fair. If you don’t have access to a computer, then the library is your best option. There will also be a computer available for use at the fair office during normal business hours.

AG Mechanics entries can be placed on-line Monday prior to the fair(one week)

1. An entry committee of three shop instructors will check each project after it is entered to determine the lot number of the exhibit. The committee will reject any exhibits for low quality.

2. SCORECARD:
Design - appearance and suitability to desired job: 50%
Workmanship - welds, cuts, fits: 35%
Finish - clean and painted: 15%

3. After the exhibits have been entered and graded by the committee, the judge will assign placing on the Danish System. The placing of the judge will determine the value of the premium.

4. Over 2 projects can be shown with Superintendent's permission.

5. If you don't pick the correct lot at entry time, it will be changed for you at time of judging to the correct lot.
