4H Table Displays and Club Booths

Rules and Regulations

All entries must be registered on-line. This will be required for all exhibits and exhibitors that are entered in the fair. If you don’t have access to a computer, then the library is your best option. There will also be a computer available for use at the fair office during normal business hours.

DIVSION A - TABLE DISPLAYS

Entries can be placed on-line through July 25th. Anyone wishing to enter after July 25th must contact the Superintendent for space availability.

  • Exhibits must be on a standard card table, 34" x 34"
  • Exhibitors MUST furnish their own card table
  • You may not use wall dividers
  • Display topic must have one narrow main idea i.e. not Electricity but Circuit, not Horses but Bridles, not Entomology but Collecting Tools
  • Entries will be judged using The Educational Display Scorecard C0679
  • All table displays must be set up Friday or Saturday prior to the fair by 7 p.m.
  • Entries MUST be set up by 7 p.m. Saturday prior to the fair; entries that are not in place by 7 p.m. will be marked down one ribbon placing.

PREMIUMS:12.50 7.50 6.00
CLASS NUMBER
1. Junior - age 8 to 10 years of age
2. Intermediate - 11 to 13 years of age
3. Senior - 14 to less than 19 years of age

DIVISION B - EDUCATIONAL CLUB BOOTHS

Entries can be placed on-line through July 25th. Anyone wishing to enter after July 25th must contact the Superintendent for space availability.

  • Clubs entering a club booth MUST provide 4-H'ers to Host or Hostess for 2 hours at the information booth.
  • Entries will be judged using The Educational Display Scorecard C0679
  • All Club Booths must be set up by 4-H Club members, NOT by their leaders or their parents.
  • All Club Booths can be set up Friday or Saturday prior to the fair.
  • Entries MUST be set up by 7 p.m. Saturday prior to the fair. Entries not in place by 7 p.m. will be marked down one ribbon placing.
  • Entries tags will be sitting in the clubs designated area, please make sure that is visible with your display. If you do not find tag in your area please contact the superintendent.
