OPEN CLASS EXHIBITORS

Entry Fees:

$12.00 per entry – Beef, Dairy and Horse (pay online).

No fee for any other classes.


Gate Admission:

1-2 animals entered = 1 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes

3-4 animals entered = 2 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes

5-7 animals entered = 3 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes

8-10 animals entered = 4 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes

11-15 animals entered = 5 complimentary Exhibitor Season Passes




4H & FFA EXHIBITORS

Entry Fees:

$ 5.00 per animal – Beef and Dairy (pay online).

$15.00 per animal – Horse (pay online).

No fee for any other classes.


Please Note:

4H & FFA Exhibitors entering 5 or more Dairy or Beef animals will need to email amanda@nwwafair.com to request an appointment make their entry. This is required in order to bypass the calculation done online and only be charged for entering 4 animals ($20 for 4H Dairy / $20 for 4H Beef). We will respond to your email request within 24 hours and take your credit card payment (Visa / MasterCard) at that time.


Gate Admission:

Any quantity of Beef, Dairy and Horse entered = 1 complimentary Season Gate Admission Wristband

All other 4H & FFA exhibitors are entitled to purchase a Season Gate Admission Wristband for $15.00.

All 4H and FFA Youth Helpers are able to purchase a Season Gate Admission Wristband for $15.00.

Parents of 4H & FFA students are able to purchase a Season Exhibitor Pass at the discounted rate of $27.00.

Above purchases will be made at the fair office by the 4H Leader and/or FFA Advisor when they turn in their club lists. The above fair passes cannot be paid online at time of registration.

4H Leaders and FFA Advisors are requested to identify those members on their club list that have entered Dairy, Beef or Horse with an * beside the exhibitors name.


All entries for Open, 4H and FFA will be made using the same ShoWorks entry link.


All entries must be registered online.

If you don’t have access to a computer, the library is an option or the Fair Office has a computer available during business hours.


All entries requiring payment must pay online or at time of entry appointment if entering 5 or more 4H Dairy or 4H Beef.

Exhibits can be entered on-line by July 25th. Late entries will be charged a fee of $25.00 per head through July 31st. After July 31st late entries may not be accepted.

Haul in: Sunday prior to the Fair after 4 p.m.

Vet Checks are on Sunday from 4-8 p.m.

Release: 9: 45 p.m. Saturday of the fair. The trailer staging is now in gate 8, please note there is no street parking on Kok Road. Refer to the 4-H program scheduled packet for haul-out instructions.


Show Calendar Please see superintendent for current calendar. Calendar is subject to change year to year based on entries.

HORSE PROGRAM ENTRIES ARE DUE THE FIRST TUESDAY OF JULY BY 5 p.m. TO THE SHOW COMMITTEE. Northwest Washington Fair Entries can be placed on-line or forms are due in the fair office by July 25th. If July 25th falls on a weekend, entries will be accepted in the fair office on the following Monday without penalty. Late entries will be charged a fee of $25.00 per head through July 31st. After July 31st late entries might not be accepted.


  • Members may use only project horses.
  • Horses will remain on the fairgrounds for the entire Fair.
  • 4-H members must enter Showmanship and choose at least 3 classes. You will be paid only for the 3 highest scored classes.
  • Champions in each class, Grand and Reserve Champion in each division. Trophy for Reserve and Grand Champion in each discipline overall.
  • Fair veterinarian must and will reject any animals with an infectious disease or ectoparasites, ringworm, warts, pink eye, strangles, contagious ecthyma, scabies, lice, mites, ticks, fleas, and all respiratory diseases. All horses must be inspected before entering the barn.
  • Medications may be given only with permission of the Superintendent and under the care of a veterinarian. Name and reason for medication from the veterinarian must be turned into Superintendent in writing. No performance altering medications are allowed.
  • Absolutely no horse will be clipped or bathed on the Fairgrounds. This is to be done prior to arrival.
  • 4-H horses will be kept in 4-H section only. No 4-H horse will be allowed in open stalls. No horse may be shown by more than one exhibitor. 4-H members may exhibit only one horse at the Fair.
  • Sunday Morning, each exhibitor must clean their own stalls to the floor. This includes removing all duct tape, staples etc. that you have used in your stall area.No decorations removed Saturday night. All clubs must strip stalls and remove decorations Sunday morning. Trash and shavings must be separated.
  • Removing hay or grain furnished by the Fair or local businesses is not allowed.
  • Superintendent has the right to accept or refuse any entry.

DIVISION H - CLUB HERDSMANSHIP

To be entered by CLUB LEADERS ONLY. Judging will be done on a club basis. Each club shall consist of not less than four animals. Scoring will be done according to the score sheet in the 4-H Horse Project Guide.
