Rules & Regulations
To place an on-line entry, click
must be registered on-line. This will be required for all exhibits and
exhibitors that are entered in the fair. If you don’t have access to a
computer, then the library is your best option. There will also be a computer
available for use at the fair office during normal business hours.
A) Open to all kindergarten, first
or second grade members enrolled in the Whatcom County 4-H program.
B) Cloverbud 4-H members are not allowed to enter in any other 4-H exhibit
C) Cloverbud 4-H participation ribbons will be awarded. No premiums.
DIVISION A -
CLOVERBUD STILL LIFE
Entries can be placed on-line through the
Monday prior to the fair
article or display made or used as a part of your project activities. Maximum 4
entries per Cloverbud member.
Exhibits are accepted between 3
p.m. and 7 p.m. on the Thursday before the fair in the Farm Pavilion
. Exhibits entered
in this class are not available for use in Class B "Show and Tell".
Exhibits released Sunday after the fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

CLOVERBUD SHOW AND TELL
be placed on-line by July 11th.
"Show and Tell"
exhibitors will be scheduled with a judge for a few minutes to "Show and
Tell" about their project work. Members will be scheduled for times either
Monday of the fair from noon to 4:00 p.m. or Saturday of the fair from 10:00
a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please state your preferred day on the entry. All "Show
and Tell" exhibitors will be awarded a Cloverbud 4-H ribbon at the time
they "Show and Tell".
NO ANIMAL PROJECTS ALLOWED.

p.m. in the descriptive area of the on-line entry.
2. Saturday "Show and Tell" - please specify a time
between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the descriptive area of the on-line entry.
