For 4H and FFA

Beef, Dairy, Sheep, Goats, Horses, Llama/Alpaca, and Swine http://nwwafair4h.fairwire.com/

All other entries: http://nwwafair.fairwire.com/ This includes all other 4H and FFA departments.

All 4H and FFA exhibitor will need to register on both pages if they are also entering in Open class Beef, Dairy or Horses. They will need to enter their names exactly the same. No exhibitor will be allowed 2 exhibitor numbers.

*NEW FOR 2018*

All entries must be registered online. This will be required for all exhibits and exhibitors that are entered into the fair. If you don’t have access to a computer, then the library is your best option. There will also be a computer available for use at the fair office during normal business hours.

1. Public presentation entries must be placed on-line by July 11th to receive premiums. Those received after July 11th will receive ribbons only .

2. Check with your main club leader about registering for a public presentation time.

3. Be sure to specify where (see class) you want to give your presentation and on what day (see lot).

4. Presentations are scheduled at different times in different barns. Please check the times listed for each barn, note your time preferences in the descriptive area of the on-line entry form.

5. Keep in mind that you may not receive the exact time slot that you request, depending on the number of entries. Main club leaders will receive the public presentation schedules prior to fair.

6. I try to accommodate all the 4-Hers planning to do presentations so if you get scheduled for a time that does not work for you, please notify the superintendent or judge prior to your presentation time.

Please note: Due to Health Department regulations, the public is no longer allowed to sample 4-H foods or drinks created in 4-H cooking contests, demonstrations, presentations, 4-H in Action or any other form of public 4-H activity. If you are doing a food presentation, please consider having copies of the recipe available for the public.

Division A - Public Presentations - 4H Building

*Presentations may be scheduled between 1 pm and 6 pm Monday through Friday.

*Maximum of four different Public Presentation per exhibitor.

Division B - Public Presentations - Horse Barn

*Judging times are set as soon as horse activities are determined, times will be posted in the horse barn by Sunday prior to the Fair. Presentations will be done on a 1st come basis.

*Maximum of four different Public Presentation per exhibitor.

DIVISION C - Public Presentations - Henry Jansen Livestock Building

*Presentation maybe scheduled between 1 pm and 6 pm Monday through Thursday. Please specify a time between 1 pm and 6 pm in the descriptive area of the on-line entry.

*Maximum of four different Public Presentations per exhibitor.
