All 4H and FFA exhibitor will need to register on both pages if they are also entering in Open class Beef, Dairy or Horses. They will need to enter their names exactly the same. No exhibitor will be allowed 2 exhibitor numbers.

All entries must be registered online. This will be required for all exhibits and exhibitors that are entered into the fair. If you don’t have access to a computer, then the library is your best option. There will also be a computer available for use at the fair office during normal business hours.
NEW for 2018 - For all 4-H and FFA Exhibitors in departments Beef, Dairy, Swine, Goats, Llamas, Sheep and Horses there will be a one-time entry fee of $15. With this entry fee, each exhibitor will be able to enter as many animals as they would like in any 4-H and FFA Class in those listed departments. Limits will still apply in each department. With the entry fee, each exhibitor will receive a 4H/FFA Season Gate Admission that will allow daily entrance to the Fair. If a 4H or FFA exhibitor would also like to enter their animal(s) into Open Class Exhibits then they will need to also pay the Open Class entry fees for that department.
Weekly fair passes are $27.00 for adults(parents of FFA students) - FFA advisors must provide to the fair office a list of their chapter's student names and parent names prior to the order being processed. Please also indicate if "Haul In" passes are needed and the number needed. The forms can be e-mailed to email@example.com or faxed to 360.354.4111.
Note: ALL premium checks will be mailed no later than September 30th.

1099 Information: If you exceed $600.00 in total premiums, you will need to file a W-9 form. These are available in the fair office. Premium checks will not be issued unless we have the completed W-9 form.

If you are an FFA student from an out-of-area school and want to attend our fair, you may receive ONE DAILY pass only. You must arrange for this ahead of time with your adviser and he/she will obtain permission from Ms. Whitcomb for you to receive this pass.
Haul in: All entries must be in place by 9 a.m. on Monday of the fair.
- Beef - Sunday from 4 - 8 p.m. and Monday 7 - 9 a.m.
- Dairy - Sunday from 5 - 9 p.m. and Monday from 6 - 9 a.m.
- Goats and Sheep - Sunday 4 - 8 p.m. only
- Swine - Monday from 6:30 - 8:30 a.m. only
- Horses - Sunday from 4 - 8 p.m. and Monday from 7 - 9 a.m.
- Poultry - Sunday 10 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Monday 7:30 - 9:00 a.m.
- Rabbits - 12:45 - 5:00 p.m.
Please have your stall cards and animals ready to be vet checked at correct times.
Please note: Be sure to enter the Fit and Show class for your animal. Exhibitors must compete in Fitting and Showing to be eligible to show in Type Class.
Entry forms for animals are due in the fair office, or can be entered on-line by July 25th. If July 25th falls on a weekend, entries will be accepted in the fair office on the following Monday without penalty. Entries that come in after July 25th will be charged a fee of $25.00 per head through July 31. After July 31 late entries will not be accepted.
