The newest building on grounds, the Farm Pavilion is a spacious, high ceilinged facility equipped with restrooms, heat and air conditioning to meet a variety of needs!
We are currently constructing our year-round agriculture education museum - the Farming for Life Experience
This building is expected to become available for rent in October 2021.
With approximately 9,500 sq ft of rentable space the building has a large 5,000 sq ft middle section and an auxiliary wing at 4,500 sq ft. RENTAL RATES:*

- $1,200 per day, Middle Section Only
- $1,500 per day, Middle and West Wing
A $400.00 rental deposit is required with the signed contract. The deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Quantity of tables, chairs and additional items included in the rental rate are subject to availability. Please contact the Director of Facility Rentals for a specific quote related to your event.
*The rental only includes the day(s) rented, please be sure to inquire about a set-up day if you need one. Building rentals are from 8am through 2am the morning after the last contracted rental date.
