Donation Request Form

The Northwest Washington Fair is happy to help local nonprofit organizations support their fundraising efforts through in-kind donations. Due to the fact that many requests are received, we ask that you please follow our guidelines in order to be considered.

Guidelines and Procedures

• Only requests submitted online will be reviewed. Mailed, faxed or e-mailed requests will not be accepted.
• Requests must be received at least 6 weeks in advance of the date of your event.
• Be prepared to provide a brief explanation of the event, including date, contact name, contact email, contact phone number, complete mailing address and the organization's Federal Tax ID number.
• Incomplete requests will not be considered.
• Please do not submit duplicate requests.
• Approved requests are usually filled within 30 days of the event date.
• Our goal is to assist as many groups as possible with donations, we can only donate to individual organizations once in a given year.
