Fair Hours
Gates open at 9 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. Vendor booths open at 10 a.m. and close at 10:30 p.m. Carnival hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The fair office is open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exceptions of the week prior to fair when office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Saturday, noon to 7 p.m. Sunday prior to fair, and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. the week of the fair.

Fair Visitor Daily Camping

1. Each camping site includes one camping vehicle pass. All other vehicles, including tow vehicles, entering the fairgrounds must have a valid parking pass and be parked in a separate spot. Parking and camping passes must be visibly displayed at all times or the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
2. Camping sites are 14' wide and range in length from 20' to 40'. Most do not allow for slide outs or tip outs. Parking spots are 10' x 20'.
3. Each site must have an adult who is responsible for all persons camping in the site. In addition, the responsible adult must stay overnight in the camping site each night. Any camping unit without qualified adult supervision will be excluded from the grounds. Adults must be at least 21 years of age.
4. You are expected to be considerate at all times to others in the lot as well as your neighbors. Quiet time hours are 11 p.m. - 6 a.m.
5. Lanes between rows of camping units must remain open at all times for emergency access and fire protection. Vehicles blocking emergency access will be towed away at owner’s expense.
6. The fair assumes no responsibility for damage or injuries to the campers. In addition, the fair will not be responsible for the security of the campground area.
7. No alcoholic beverages allowed outside of your RV.
8. Personal items left outside the RV must be kept tidy and within your assigned space at all times. Garbage must be deposited in the appropriate trash cans and not left around the outside of the RV.
9. Check in and check out time is noon.
Completion of the "Daily Camping Reservation Form" and payment thereof constitutes acceptance of the foregoing rules by the adult in charge and all persons using the assigned area.

Directions
From I-5 South: Take I-5 North to Exit 256A Guide Meridian. From exit 256A turn right onto the Guide Meridian (Highway 539). Go north approximately 10.2 miles. Turn right on Front Street in Lynden. Go east approximately 0.5 miles. The Northwest Washington Fair is located on the south side of Front Street with parking surrounding.
From I-5 North: Take I-5 South to exit 270 Birch Bay-Lynden Rd. From exit 270 turn left onto the Birch Bay-Lynden Rd. and travel east approximately 8.2 miles. At the intersection of Birch Bay-Lynden Rd. and Guide Meridian, turn left onto the Guide Meridian. Travel north approximately 0.2 mile, turn right onto Front Street in Lynden and travel east 0.5 miles. The Northwest Washington Fair is located on the south side of Front Street with parking surrounding.
Shuttle Bus: The Northwest Washington Fair operates a free shuttle bus service during fair week for your convenience. Park free at one of several locations around Lynden and ride the shuttle bus to the fairground. The shuttle bus operates every 12 minutes from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Parking: Limited pay parking is available in various privately-owned lots located within walking distance to the fairground. Prices vary.
