This spacious facility is heated and has 18,000 square feet of unobstructed space. Multiple electrical outlets are located throughout the building. Convenient restrooms located inside. Perfect for shows and promotional events, large banquets, receptions, and meetings.
Rental includes fifty 8' long tables OR forty 5' round tables, 500 white folding chairs, picket fence sections and a 12' x 16' stage. Round tables and brown folding chairs are available upon request. Includes heating costs up to $25.00 per day

- $500.00 per day for set-up, plus heat
A $400.00 rental deposit is required with the signed contract. The deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.*The rental only includes the day(s) rented, please be sure to inquire about a set-up day if you need one. Building rentals are from 10am through midnight of the last contracted rental date.
