Fair Hours

Gates open at 9 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. Carnival hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Exhibitor hours are 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

13 and older - $10.00
ages 62 and older - $8.00
ages 6 to 12 - $5.00
Children 5 and under are free

Carnival Prices
All day ride wristband - $30.00
Per ride - $3.00 and up
Some rides have height requirements. Be sure to check to see which rides your kids are big enough for so you don't waste time standing in lines. Some rides do not allow children weraing sandals, so dress in sneakers.

Lost Kids, Rendevous Point, First Aid, Mother's Room, and Lost and Found is at People's Place, just west of the Dairy Barn.

ATM machines are located by Gate 1, the clocktower, near Gate 5, and by the Grandstand ticket booth.

Be sure to bring water and sunscreen.

Some of our featured events this year include - the Agriculture Adventure Center in the D Area, just north of the Grandstand. Included are the Farming for Life exhibit, tractors, Kid's Hay Maze, buttermaking, and a vegetable garden.

The RECO Community Stage located by the water tower. Featuring 30 local bands and performers.

Cargill Nutrena Small Animal Experience located in the Henry Jansen Ag Center on the west side of the grounds. This exhibit features small or miniature animals, with a nightly baby animal bottle feeding at 7 p.m.

Elenbaas Dairy Maternity Ward - Every day will feature a cow about to give birth. In the event of a night birth, you can view the event on video the following day. Located in the Dairy Barn.

Guinness Book of World Record Hayride - Be part of an attempt at the "World's Largest Hay Ride"! Saturday at noon at the Grandstand.

Stagecoach for Teens - featuring The Panic Squad and braille. Milk, cookies, and Techno Dance Party! Come and check out our mobile stage for teens at the fair everyday at 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. somewhere on the grounds. Sweet entertainment, prizes, and fun all using text messaging and social media to tell you where we are. Message us with you phone number to be added to our text list. Follow us on Facebook for posts and updates of the truck locations, performing artists, and more! Prizes all week including skate gear, Apple stuff, and other sweet swag.
