1. Entries can be placed on-line by August 10th, or be entered between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday
    before the fair in the 4-H Exhibit Building.
2. All entries must be accompanied by a 3” index card on which you have printed the following
    information:

• Your Exhibitor Number
• Your Age
• Item (What it is)
• Construction (What materials & techniques were used)
• What did you learn? How long have you worked on the project?

3. No School Projects
4. All exhibitors must be enrolled in a science project through their 4-H club.

DIVISION 16 - NATURAL SCIENCE AND NATURAL RESOURCES

Open to members enrolled in any Natural Resource, Discovery, Challenge, Blue Sky, Agriculture or Horticulture type projects.

CLASS A - BEEKEEPING

Maximum of 4 entries per lot. Each exhibit must be properly labeled.

CLASS B - ENTOMOLOGY

Maximum of 4 entries per lot. All insect exhibits to be labeled giving the common and scientific names.

3. Exhibit of life stages - eggs to adult
4. Special collection of insects by economic importance, etc.

CLASS C - WILDLIFE / ECOLOGY

Maximum of 4 entries per lot.

Any item or display featuring any of the following: Anatomy, Astronomy, Archaeology, Biology, Biosphere, Botany, Chemistry, Crystal Growing, Ecology, Genetics, Geometry, Math, Microbiology, Physics, Worm Farming, Zoology, etc. Maximum of 4 entries per lot.

DIVISION 17 - MECHANICAL SCIENCE

Open to any member enrolled in any Mechanical Science, Discovery, Challenge, or Blue Sky Project.

CLASS A - COMPUTERS

Maximum of 4 entries per lot.

1. Any item or display featuring computers.

CLASS B - MODEL ROCKETRY

Maximum of 4 entries per lot.
All models from kits except for lot 5.
Label with each entry must include members name, age, club name, rocket type, and description.

2. Level II, rocket

5. Rocket designed, built, and tested by exhibitor

CLASS C - BLUE SKY / AEROSPACE

Maximum of 4 entries per lot.

1. Any article or display from a Blue Sky project
2. Model of a wing, glider, kite, balloon craft, or model of aircraft or space craft of your own design (no kits)
3. Exhibit of a space station, moon or mars base (not from a kit).
4. Any item or display featuring Scientists, Inventors, Explorers, Pilots, Astronauts, etc.
5. Other mechanical science project

CLASS D - CHALLENGE / DISCOVERY PROGRAMS

Maximum of 4 entries per lot

CLASS E - WOODWORKING

Maximum of 4 entries per lot. Wood must be chosen and cut by exhibitor.
No pre-cut items - These belong in Division 13, Arts and Crafts, Class B.

CLASS F - MECHANICAL SCIENCE SELF DETERMINED

Any item or display featuring any of the following: (such as) Telescope Making, Bicycle, Bridge Building, Combustion Engines, Map Making, Fly-Tying, Game Boards (i.e. Chess), Energy Conservation, Electrical, Soldering Techniques, S.W. Radios, Solar Power, Wind Power, Robotics, etc.
