Entries can be placed on-line by August 6th and Thursday prior to the fair in the Art Department between 3 pm and 7 pm only.

1. On-line entries are still required to be brought in at the times listed for the department.  An on-line entry does NOT guarantee a space if the available space is full when you arrive.     NO ENTRIES can be mailed in.
2. Original prints produced within the last 12 months and not previously shown at the Northwest Washington Fair are eligible.  
3. Label on back with name and age.
4. No frames, glass, plastic wrap etc. All photos must be matted with standard mat board. (No cardboard, foam core, etc.).
5. Size of photo needs to be 5X7 or 8X10, must have a mat frame on it.
6. Limited to one entry per exhibitor.
7. General rules of the fair are to be observed. No entry fee will be charged and no free admission will be issued to the Exhibitor.
8. The judge will be an artist, teacher, or critic of established reputation in the field of photography.
9. Photography entries must be picked up Sunday after the fair from Noon to 4 p.m.  After Sunday release time there is NO Security available and on Monday the building will remain open for cleaning.
10. NO ENTRY can be removed early, removal of entry will result in a forfeit of your premium.
11. It is the responsibility of the artist to inform the department if the photograph has been digitally altered (computerized: digitally altered other than resizing and resolution).
12. No work shall be advertised or priced for sale.
13. Judging will take place Friday before the fair at 10:00 a.m.
