Entries can be placed on-line through August 6th or entered when brought in on Monday and Tuesday of the week prior to the fair, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. On-line entries still require you to bring your item in at the day and time listed for this department. On-line entries do not guarantee a spot if the space is full when you bring your item in.

Judging will be Wednesday the week prior to the fair.

Only one entry per lot. Each lot has potential for two premiums only.
- All entries will be judged on general appearance, beauty of design, workmanship and suitability. The opinion of the judge must be final in all cases. Qualified judges are from outside of
Whatcom County. -
No premium will be given unless the article is worthy, regardless of competition.

Any needle work item completed since August 2010 and not previously shown at the Northwest Washington Fair is eligible.

All articles must be the handiwork of the exhibitor. Articles that are soiled will not be accepted. No items with glass will be accepted. Superintendent has the right to accept or refuse any entry.
- If you have an item and you're not sure of the correct lot, bring it in and the Superintendent will help determine the correct lot.
- Please use the description space for on-line entries and give brief description of item, such as color, pattern, etc.

Entries must be picked up on Sunday after the fair between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. There is NO SECURITY available after Sunday release time and on Monday the buildings will remain open for cleaning.

No entry fees are required and no free admission will be issued to exhibitors.
