Vet Checks will be on Sunday from 4-9 p.m. and Monday 7-9 a.m.

Only existing clubs will be invited to stall animals. The number of stalls, per club, will be allocated by the Superintendent. After the stalls have been assigned, passes will be available for purchase at the Fair office issued on the basis of one weekly pass per horse stalled at the fair.

There will be NO haul-ins this year.

Any Exhibitor age 18 or younger is not allowed to show a stallion of any breed.
- HELMET RULE: All open class exhibitors in performance classes age 18 and younger are REQUIRED TO WEAR A HELMET.

Entries can be placed on-line or in the fair office by July 25. If July 25 falls on a weekend entry forms will be accepted the following Monday without penalty. LATER ENTRIES WILL NEED TO PAY A FEE OF $25.00 PER HEAD THROUGH JULY 31. AFTER JULY 31 LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Registered horses in classes must be registered in the name of the owner. All livestock eligible to compete in purebred classes must submit a copy of the certificate of registration.

Photo copy of the registration papers MUST be received or the exhibit will be put in the open horse class. Papers received after July 31st will be charged a $10.00 late fee per animal.

Buckskin horses need to be registered with the American Buckskin Registry (ABRA).

Basic Horse Show rules to be followed. Chaps optional.

Lots with fewer than three entries may be cancelled or combined.

THIS IS IMPORTANT! BARN CLEAN-UP. Each exhibitor must have their stalls cleaned and a PERSON ON HAND TO ASSIST the truck driver to pick up the manure by 8:00 a.m. each day. No exceptions to this rule; otherwise, the exhibitor will have to use a wheelbarrow.

No cross entries of 4-H and FFA animals or exhibitors.

Decorations are to remain up until 9:00 p.m. Saturday night or the club and members will forfeit all premiums.

Saturday night after 9 p.m. each exhibitor must clean their own stall(s) to the floor. This includes removing ALL duct tape, etc. that you have used in your stall area.

Animals will be excused AFTER 9 p.m. Saturday, the last night of the fair.

Registered or grade animals may compete for Grand and Reserve Champion Rosettes.

If it is ascertained that any exhibitor, exhibitor's helpers, or any spectator shall attempt to interfere with the judge and/or superintendent in the performance of his duties, in any manner, or shall refuse to accept the awards made, he shall be disqualified from further competition and shall forfeit any premiums and ribbons already awarded.

All persons wishing stalls are required to enter at least two classes and participate in HERDSMANSHIP.

Fair vet MUST and WILL reject any animal with an infectious disease or ectoparasites. Ringworm, warts, pink eye, strangles, contagious exthyma, scabies, lice, mites, ticks, fleas, and all respiratory diseases will be decided by the attending veterinarian.

Superintendent has the right to accept or refuse any entry.
- Each rider must do their own entries and have their own back tag number - these can NOT be shared. Premiums go the back tag number used.
