Equestrian Facility
The Northwest Washington Fair Equestrian Facility includes:
Washington Tractor Arena - 130' x 235 foot indoor show arena with adjustable paneled rail. Footing designed by Bob Kiser. Seating for over 1000. Room for vendors.
Warm Up Arena - 100' x 200' indoor arena adjacent to Washington Tractor Arena. Seating for up to 500.
Outdoor Warm Up Arena - 100' x 100', directly outside the east stable doors.
Outdoor Grandstand Arena - Rodeo size arena, 125' x 300'. Lights, sound system, seating for over 4000.
The stable and both indoor arenas are networked together. All offer a state of the art sound system with wireless capabilities. Roll up doors between the stable to both arenas offers convenient manuvering between the areas. Show office setup is ideally located in the lobby between the Warm Up Arena and the Washington Tractor Arena complete with tables, chairs, and public restrooms.
Arena Footing - The Washington Tractor Arena footing was designed by leading industry consultant, Bob Kiser. It is designed as appropriate for most disciplines. Users are not allowed to bring in footing material to change the composition in any way.
Arena Grooming - Arena Grooming using our Kiser Master Groomer is available at the hourly rate of $50.00 per hour. 1 hour per day is included in the arena package.
Food Services- If you would like a coffee or food concession at your event, fair staff would be happy to assist you in securing a vendor. Call the office for details. All concessions must be approved in advance by the NW WA Fair.
Stalls and Bedding - The Light Horse Barn has over 180 10' x 10' stalls available. These are convertible to 10' x 5' or 10' x 20'. Large tie stalls are also available. Multiple day rentals are $16.00 per day and include the first bedding of 4 to 5 inches. Single day rentals are $20.00 per day and also include the first bedding. The Henry Jansen AG Center is available for up to 500 portable stalls.
