The Expo Building

 

This modern facility is heated and has 18,000 square feet of unobstructed space. Convenient restrooms located inside. Food service room available for additional cost of $50.00.

 

Perfect for shows and promotional events, large banquets, receptions, and meetings.

 

Rates:

$850.00 per day, plus heat

$325.00 per day for set-up, plus heat**

Private and non-profit groups receive a 10% discount.

$200.00 rental deposit

 

*Rates include rental of 100 8' long tables, 650 chairs, picket fence sections and stage.

 

**Optional set up - if within a week of your rental the building has not been rented out by another party for the day before, the cost to rent it out for the set up day is $100.00, provided you have not already rented the day before at the regular rate.
