  This luxurious building is 6000 square feet and includes a 'warming kitchen' designed for catering, and a gas fireplace. Two building wings can be closed off for 'break-out' sections. Rest rooms are located inside this facility.

*Rates include rental of 36 5' round tables, 6 6' long tables, 290 chairs, sound system, and set-up and tear-down. Pre-qualified youth groups receive a 20 percent discount.

**Optional set up - if within a week of your rental the building has not been rented out by another party for the day before, the cost to rent it out for the set up day is $100.00, provided you have not already rented the day before at the regular rate.
