Entries can be placed on-line or forms are due in the Fair office by July 25th. If July 25th falls on a weekend, entries will be accepted in the Fair office on the following Monday without penalty. Late entries will be charged a fee of $10.00 per head through July 31st. After July 31st late entries may not be accepted.
· Exhibitor meeting 9:30 a.m. Monday of the Fair.
· Each 4-H member may enter seven animals in the goat class (stall space permitting). If showing in both 4H and FFA the exhibitor may show no more than eight animals between the two organizations. No more than two animals may be shown in each lot.
· Dairy does over twenty-four months old must be milked or have been in milk. They will be shown in the Senior Division.
· 4-H members must show in fitting and showing in order to show in type.
· Grand and Reserve Champion rosettes will be awarded.
· Concerning health requirements and vet check, see Health Requirements at the beginning of the Premium Book.
· All goats must be removed from the Fairgrounds by 10 a.m. Sunday after the Fair.
· No does allowed past three months pregnant, no bucks allowed, and no horned animals allowed, unless you have the Superintendent's approval.

CLASS P - CLUB HERDSMANSHIP - TO BE ENTERED BY CLUB LEADER
JUDGING: Will be done on a club basis three times a day. Each club shall consist of not less than five animals. Awards will be handed out on Saturday afternoon. Will be based on condition of animals, cleanliness, attentiveness of exhibitors, arrangement of club and stall, and decorations.
