Entries must be placed on-line by July 6th or have been received in the Extension Office by July 7th to receive premiums. Those received after July 7th will receive ribbons only. Check with your main club leader about registering for a public presentation time. Be sure to specify where (see class) you want to give your presentation and on what day (see lot). Demonstrations are scheduled Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Keep in mind that you may not be scheduled in the time slot you specify, depending on the number of entries. Main club leaders will receive the public presentation schedules prior to Fair.
 
Please note: Due to Health Department regulations, the public is no longer allowed to sample 4-H foods or drinks created in 4-H cooking contests, demonstrations, 4-H in Action or any other form of public 4-H activity.  If you see something that you would like to try, please ask our 4-H member to supply you with a recipe.

CLASS D – Record Books – Enter on-line through July 6th, or when you bring the books to the 4-H building on July 11th. Record books are due July 11th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the 4-H Exhibit Building at the Fairgrounds. Record books will be released Saturday evening of the Fair. Please have one leader pick up all books for your club. Junior, Intermediate, or Senior 4-H members may enter one record book. The record book does not need to be completed but must be current up to date of entry for Fair. Only one project section will be judged. If there is more than one project section the first project section in the book will be judged. Market animal projects need to check the market sale rules concerning record books.

DIVISION 20 - Primary Member Exhibits

v Open to all kindergarten, first or second grade members enrolled in the Whatcom County 4-H program.

v Primary 4-H members are not allowed to enter in any other 4-H exhibit area.

v Primary 4-H participation ribbons will be awarded. No premiums.
 

CLASS B - PRIMARY SHOW AND TELL
Entry Form is due July 6th to the Whatcom County Extension Office. Primary "Show and Tell" exhibitors will be scheduled with a judge for a few minutes to "Show and Tell" about their project work. Members will be scheduled for times either Monday of the Fair from noon to 4:00 p.m. or Saturday of the Fair from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please state your preferred day on the entry. All "Show and Tell" exhibitors will be awarded a Primary 4-H ribbon and a Northwest Washington Fair/4-H T-shirt at the time they "Show and Tell". No animal projects allowed.
